Colleen S. Somers, age 55, entered into eternal life on August 30, 2024. Colleen grew up in South Boston as a young girl and later moved to the town of Braintree in 1981. She attended Braintree schools and graduated from Braintree High School. After living in Braintree, she moved to the town of Weymouth where she resided for 35 years. Colleen worked in medical billing and accounts receivable for various companies throughout her career. Beloved best friend and lifetime partner of Shane T. Monti. Devoted mother of Shaun Monti and his partner Liz Connolly of Braintree. Loving Gammy to Audrey and James. Sister of Barbara Byrnes of Weymouth, Stephen Somers of Middleboro, the late Dennis O’Keefe, and the late Michael Bollis. Funeral Service at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth on Saturday, September 7 at 10 AM. Burial in Village Cemetery Weymouth to follow.
