Gary E. Snaith, age 71, entered into eternal life suddenly on March 16, 2022. Gary was a lifelong Quincy resident who was a Vietnam Navy veteran. He retired as a union carpenter. He enjoyed golf and hunting and his Irish setter dogs . Devoted husband of Pamela (Keohane) Snaith for 45 years. Beloved son of Betty (DeYoung) of Quincy and the late Roy H.“Shorty” Snaith, Jr. Survived by brothers Glenn Snaith and his wife Judith of Quincy and Gregory and his wife Catherine of Quincy. Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home 100 Washington St. Weymouth Landing on Monday March 21 at 8:40 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint John the Baptist Church Quincy at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours on Sunday from 2 until 6 PM. cremation to follow. If desired, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
