Jane Dooley, (Conner) age 60, of Weymouth entered into eternal life on September 15, 2022. Jane grew up in Dorchester and Weymouth. Mrs. Dooley worked for the Weymouth Public Schools as a Paraprofessional, where she advocated and supported countless children with special needs. She devoted the same respect and patience for those she worked with as she did for her own children. Beloved wife and best friend of Joseph F. Dooley. Loving and tireless mother of Kevin and Brian both of Weymouth and Christopher and his wife Shayna of Canton. Beloved sister, affectionately known as Mimi of Joseph Conner of Kingston, David Conner of Plymouth, Janet Marie Livingston of Halifax, Lisa Conner, Steven Conner and Michael Conner all of Virginia Beach. Jane leaves many nieces and nephews. Jane had the most beautiful laugh and endearing sense of humor. She was an avid sports fan, especially when cheering on her children in their pursuits. Jane was a brave and special individual whose memory will last forever. Visiting hours at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St. Weymouth Landing on Sunday September 18 from 1 until 4 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Funeral service is private. If desired, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 309, Waverley Oaks Road Waltham MA 02452.

    Tom, Allison, and I are saddened to hear of Jane’s passing. We have wonderful memories of our time together and used to see each other often when our kids were at Murphy School. Jane’s kindness, humor, and devotion to her family are what I will always remember about her. She was a very special person.

    Please accept my sincerest condolences. I met Jane when my children were students at the Murphy School. I had many delightful conversations with her, and enjoyed her comical sense of humor. I am very saddened to learn of her passing. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
