Nancy T. (DeCosta) McKenna age 89, entered into eternal life on July 25, 2025. Nancy grew up in the South End of Boston. Where she met her husband James and later moved to Braintree where they raised their family. She enjoyed reading, volunteering at the Weymouth Furniture Bank, Braintree Senior Center and working for many years at the Sacred Heart School as a lunch lady. Beloved wife of the late James McKenna.
Devoted mother of James McKenna and his wife Lisa of Quincy, Karen Petrikas and her husband Richard of Weymouth, Judith Marron and her husband Mark of Braintree, Dave McKenna, and Nancy Tellier and her husband Brian of Marshfield. Loving Grandmother to 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren. A private funeral service will be at the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree. We want to thank the many caregivers and Good Shepherd Hospice for all the care and support they devoted to our mom.
