Patrick J. Stretch, “Pat” age 58, entered into eternal life on November 6, 2023. Patrick was a lifelong Dorchester native. Mr. Stretch was a claims associate for Blue Cross Blue Shield for over 39 years. Patrick was a sports enthusiast. He had a passion for Boston College Eagles football and basketball teams. Beloved son of Thomas C. Stretch Jr. of Weymouth and the late Barbara (Landers) Stretch. Beloved brother of Thomas C. Stretch III and his wife Robbin of Georgia, Margaret “Margie” Delaney and her husband Michael of Weymouth, Michael Stretch of Boston, Kathleen Stretch of Weymouth and Patricia Stretch of Boston and the late Edward “Eddie” Stretch. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St., Weymouth on Saturday November 18 from 3-6 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, 920 Adams St., Dorchester on Monday November 20 at 12 noon.
