Robert J. Boyd, age 61, entered eternal life suddenly on January 2, 2023. Bob was a lifelong Weymouth native. Mr. Boyd was a master craftsman and carpenter. Devoted father of Danielle M. Boyd of Weymouth. Beloved brother of Michael and his wife Eileen of Abington, Mark of Weymouth, Margaret of Weymouth, Jeanne of Abington, JoAnne Rose and her husband, Lewis of Worcester, Steven of Quincy and Susan of Plymouth. Bob is survived by Danielle’s mother Marybeth Davis of St. Cloud, Florida and many nieces and nephews. Memorial visiting hours at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home 100 Washington St. Weymouth on Saturday, January 7 from 2 until 6 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be in the spring. In addition to flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Kelly Ann Boyd Scholarship at Cardinal Spellman High School 738 Court St. Brockton, MA 02302.
