Scott J. Spano, age 54, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 1, 2025. He was a proud Braintree native and a ‘Tin Knocker’ with the HVAC Local 17. He lived for his children and carried a heart full of love, humor, and loyalty. You could often find Scott cruisin’ in the neighborhood enjoying some rock ‘n roll music or sipping his favorite cold beverage.
Devoted father of Cassie Dupuis (husband Josh) of Agawam, Olivia Spano (fiancé Sebastian), Domenic Spano, and William Spano, all of Braintree. Beloved son of Dawn Spano of Braintree and Joseph Spano (wife Mary) of Brattleboro, VT. Loving brother of Tracey Bittner (husband Jimmy) of Erie, PA and Matt Spano of Braintree. He was Papa Scott to Jaxon and Eliana Dupuis.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visiting hours from 11am until 2pm on Sunday, November 9th at the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, 100 Washington St. Weymouth, MA. There will be a private burial at a later date.
